New Invites!

Hello and good afternoon!  Everyone enjoying this heat wave like us.....ok, "enjoying" probably isn't my first choice of word....how about "putting up with and surviving?"  I love the heat and the summer, but this is worse than a blizzard that won't stop....we have been stuck inside for days! haha!  My kids and I are ready to break free from this house and enjoy some fresh air...as soon as it becomes fresh again!

Today I am showcasing a few new things!  I made a couple new summer invites.  These will probably be my last summer themed invites unless there is a special request for something.  Without any further ado here they are:

How fun is this?!  This invite would be perfect for any summer party!  It can also be reworded for a back yard get together or a baby/wedding shower. Really, any party you have in mind.

Yummy yummy watermelon!  This fun invite can be done with or without a picture.  Not sure if you like the font?  That can be changed too!

This is my classic birthday invite. Can be done for any age with any colors scheme!

Last, but not least, here is a new Snow White inspired invite!

SUMMER:)

I love summer.  like really love summer....This might have something to do with me growing up in North Dakota and yearning for warmer temps like ALL THE TIME!!!!  But all that aside who doesnt like the fresh warm air, popsicles, watermelon, kids laughing and splashing in the pool, the smell of the grill during a cookout....my list could go on and on.  Let me share a picture of my little Lauren enjoying a splash

She loves the water!  Jumping, splashing, screaming......she just can't get enough.  Needless to say its a stuggle to get her in :)  But thats the hard part about being 2!

Summer inspires me TONS!  And this summer is no different!! Here are some of my fun summer invitations for those hot parties.

 This watermelon invite is one of my all time favs I think. 

 For that little boy or girl who loves baseball!  I also get change the players to girls and customize colors to your team.

Boy Pool Party!!  This little guy can be cusotmized to any hair color and his trunks can also be personalized to look like your birthday boy's!

Same goes for this little girl.  Hair color and suit can be customized too!  Don't like the pink?  Would like red instead or maybe purple polka dots.  Just let me know!

My sunshine invite:)  Fonts and wording can be customized to say whatever you would like!

This ladybug invite can also be done in pink or sage green!

Welcome:) A lil' ditty about me:)

Hello everyone!  Ahh {let out deep breath}....my first blog entry.  I have been meaning to start a blog for almost a year now....you know whats been keeping me...this first entry.  I mean, how do I start...what do I say...  SO here it goes....


My name is Erica and I LOVE designing and creating with words, colors, textures, anything the computer will let me use!  I have been designing since college, and have loved {almost} all my time spent at the computer making pretty things. I started digital scrapbooking with my skills, and moved onto designing cards for family and friends.  What better way to keep family updated on how fast your kids are growing than a fun photo greeting in the mail!?  I also dabble in business communications such as business cards, brochures, postcards, flyers, and resumes.

I decided to turn my design into a business for a creative outlet, and let's admit....the "residents's spouse" life isn't very glamorous...I was looking for a way to earn a little extra cash for my family.  I love working with customers to get exactly what they want. I will be posting all my new digs here on the blog.  So check back for all my new cards and info!
